Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac rehabilitation is a professionally supervised program to help people recover from heart attacks, heart surgery, coronary intervention procedures (i.e. angioplasty, stents) and congestive heart failure. The plan of care for the rehabilitation program consists of risk factor modification, monitored and supervised exercise and assistance in the recovery process with ongoing education and support. Cardiac rehab’s intention is to increase physical fitness, reduce cardiac symptoms, and improve health and reduce the risk of heart problems in the future.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday
7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fridays
7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
