Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine providers offer in-person and virtual appointments during clinic hours for illnesses and minor injuries. Limited same-day appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Call the location nearest you.

Walk-in care options
Urgent Care, Express Care and Same-Day Clinic providers offer immediate care for conditions that need to be seen the same day but are not emergencies. Visit options and age requirements vary by location, so it’s important to look online to learn more about what is available in your community.
- Minnesota locations: Albert Lea, Austin, Cannon Falls, Faribault, Lake City, Mankato, New Prague, Owatonna, Plainview, Red Wing, Wells and Zumbrota.
- Wisconsin locations: Bloomer, Eau Claire, Ellsworth, Menomonie, La Crosse, Onalaska and Osseo.
