1 large bunch of fresh broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 small red onion, sliced thin
1 tablespoons bacon bits
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup Jimmy's nonfat coleslaw dressing
Combine broccoli, onion, bacon bits, raisins and walnuts in a salad bowl.
These ingredients will keep in the refrigerator for up to four days (covered).
Add dressing just before serving. Toss and serve. Makes eight 1 cup servings.
