Alexander Molter, M.D.

I place a high value on the development and fostering of a strong therapeutic alliance between patients and their health care team. Critical to forming this partnership are mutual respect, ownership of mistakes and acknowledgment of limitations. I hope to provide transparency in my understanding of a problem and reasoning when discussing possible solutions or treatment options. In turn, I hope that patients feel equipped to make their own informed decisions regarding their care, supported by scientific evidence and the clinical experience of our team.

I recently moved to the La Crosse region and am excited to be living and working in such a beautiful area. I enjoy spending time outdoors as equally as spending time relaxing at home.
