    Provider's Bio

I am a resident in the Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Residency Program in Eau Claire.

My approach revolves around delivering comprehensive and continuous care for patients of all ages and conditions. I focus on treating the whole person, not just isolated symptoms, by considering physical, emotional and social factors impacting their health. Building long-term relationships with my patients is a cornerstone of my practice. This continuity allows me to manage chronic conditions effectively and understand each patient’s unique medical history.

Preventive care is central to my philosophy, with a strong emphasis on health promotion through screenings, immunizations and lifestyle counseling to prevent illnesses before they arise. I provide a wide range of services, including acute care, chronic disease management and hospital care for when patients need inpatient treatment.

I offer maternity care, supporting women through prenatal, delivery and postnatal stages to ensure both maternal and newborn health. My care is always patient-centered, tailored to individual needs and preferences. I also coordinate with other healthcare providers to offer cohesive and comprehensive care.

Understanding and addressing the specific health issues within my community is another key aspect of my practice. This holistic and personalized approach aims to support overall well-being and foster long-term health.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy cooking, gardening and hiking. Cooking helps me unwind and experiment with new recipes while hiking keeps me active and allows me to appreciate nature. I also love advocating for refugees, which enriches my life and connects me to my community.

As a proud parent of three children, I find immense joy in spending time with them, whether we’re playing games, exploring the outdoors, or watching animated movies like "Moana" and "Inside Out". These moments bring us closer and provide valuable family bonding time. This family time and my diverse interests help me maintain a balanced and empathetic approach to patient care.
