Michelle (Mickey) McDonough, M.D.

I treat every patient as if they are a family member or friend. I enjoy getting to know each of my patients and helping them achieve their goals. I have a passion for teaching and love discussing why things happen and how we can intervene.

As I get to learn my patients, we work together to develop personalized care plans to not only treat illness but also promote wellness. My goal is that each patient feels welcome as we start the visit, heard as we talk about issues and empowered as we discuss solutions.

I grew up in St. Cloud, Minnesota. I completed special training in osteopathic manipulative medicine focusing on a whole body approach with hands-on methods using stretching, manipulation and massage to relieve muscle tension and enhance the body’s natural healing.

I am a hockey referee and like to rollerblade, run, play tennis, read, visit family and play board games in my spare time. My favorite TV shows are Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Friends and Chuck. My husband is a high school science teach, and I enjoy participating in community outreach at his school. I have a playful, snuggly cat named Lily and an affable, gregarious golden retriever named Teddy.
