I provide short-term therapy for individuals from childhood to adulthood. My approach to therapy is based on many different modalities but primarily focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

My collaborative approach to therapy will assist you in identifying goals and finding the best solution to meet those goals. By treating you as an expert in your own life, I can further assist you in seeing your strengths.

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my French bulldog, Bentley, as well as my husband, family and friends. I love spending time outdoors, whether it be walking my dog, fishing on the lake or just enjoying the sunshine.
