I believe in providing practical education for people who are wanting to make positive changes in their lifestyle. Behavior change is difficult for all of us, but I believe the process can become easier by setting realistic, attainable goals; having accountability and support; and by figuring out what works and what doesn't work for each individual.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Personal hobbies including cooking, going to concerts, running, yoga, watching Netflix and traveling.
