My practice philosophy is rooted in treating everyone like family — with compassion, respect, and a commitment to listening. Patients often tell me they feel heard and cared for, because I believe in treating everyone like family, meeting you where you are, and working together toward better health — one conversation, one small step at a time.
At Mayo Clinic Health System, patients can expect me to meet them where they are, understanding that each person's health journey is unique. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where questions are encouraged and concerns are heard. I believe in partnering with my patients to make informed decisions together, empowering them with knowledge and support every step of the way.
My goal is to deliver evidence-based, whole-person care that honors each individual's values and circumstances while ensuring they feel truly seen and cared for. I'm dedicated to being present, thorough and accessible, so patients leave each visit feeling heard, respected and confident in their plan of care — just as I would want for my own family.
Outside of medicine, I’m a devoted father of four who loves good food, meaningful conversation and discovering new places near and far. Traveling is one of my greatest joys. I’ve stood inside the pyramids of Egypt, driven across Europe and soaked in Iceland’s hot springs — always finding inspiration in new cultures and people. When I’m home, you’ll find me spending time with my kids, enjoying nature or sharing a laugh with family and friends.
