Michael Kern, M.D.

I enjoy getting the whole picture of why the patient is in the Emergency Department, including the upstream factors that led them there for their care. This allows me to help the patient access the resources needed after being discharged from my care, and it will improve their health, as a whole, outside of the acute visit to the ED.

I grew up outside of Milwaukee and married a woman from Chippewa, so I have some roots in the area. I look forward to all of the outdoor opportunities here, especially exploring the water and chasing walleyes.
