My approach to care is rooted in listening with intention. I believe that each patient brings a unique story and set of values to every encounter, and understanding these elements is essential to providing meaningful care. By creating an environment where patients feel heard, respected and supported I aim to build trust and establish a strong therapeutic partnership. Patient education is an essential part of my practice. I am committed to providing clear, accessible and evidence-based information so that patients can make informed decisions about their care. I strive to guide patients through their options, helping them understand the information in a way that aligns with their individual needs and goals. I want every patient to feel safe and confident, knowing their voice is valued and their care is compassionate and grounded in sound medical practice.

I am a midwestern gal through and through! I love coffee, good food, good company and time with family. When I am not working, you'll find me reading, outside on a long walk or on the couch watching a good movie!
