I provide evidence-based care while building a foundation of trust and mutual respect. My goal is to empower patients to become active, informed partners in their healthcare, supporting them in making choices that align with their values and contribute to their overall well-being.

I am passionate about partnering with patients to improve long‑term health and quality of life through education, prevention and personalized care.

I grew up in rural Minnesota and continue to make my home there today. I’m a wife, a mother to three adult children and the proud owner of a sweet dog named Lettie. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling when I’m able and expressing my creativity through crafting. Staying connected to my community and the people I care about is an important part of who I am.
