With many years of experience in nutrition counseling, I focus on helping patients achieve sustainable, long-term health improvements. I provide nutrition support for individuals managing diabetes as well as those on a weight-loss journey, including patients preparing for or recovering from weight-loss surgery. I strive to create realistic, individualized plans that support each patient’s needs and goals.
