"Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can." -John Wesley
When you come to visit our office, you can expect that I will treat you the same way I would treat any of my own personal friends or family members. I will actively listen to your problems and thoroughly review your symptoms and imaging. I will explain your condition in terms that you can understand. We will review your treatment options, including those that don’t necessarily involve surgery. We will also discuss surgical solutions to your condition, when available. Together, we will come up with a treatment plan that fits your needs with the goal of achieving the best outcome possible.
I have dedicated my life to serving others. Before I knew I wanted to practice medicine, I joined the United States Air Force at the age of 18 with the goal of serving others and our country. I have 24 years of total service and have committed my life to gaining the knowledge and expertise to help people in the best way I know how — as a neurosurgeon.
When I’m away from work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children who are actively engaged in dance and sports. I have spent some of my time coaching and mentoring our youth, including aspiring athletes, medical students and residents. I also enjoy lifting weights, playing and watching sports, and grilling.
