Same Day Clinic in Onalaska
The Same Day Clinic in Onalaska, Wisconsin, provides walk-in treatment. No appointments are necessary.
Conditions treated include:
- Constipation
- Ear aches
- Minor allergic reactions
- Minor burns
- Scrapes and cuts
- Sexually transmitted infections
- Skin conditions, including rashes, poison ivy and insect bites
- Sore throats
- Sprains and simple fractures
- Upper respiratory infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Vomiting and diarrhea
If you're experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19, use Check Symptoms on your patient portal account to evaluate symptoms, or call your primary care provider to determine if you need to be tested.
If you have any of these issues, call 911 or emergency medical help, or go to your nearest Emergency Department:
- Chest pain
- Severe abdominal pain
- Severe shortness of breath
- Stroke or stroke like symptoms
- Fever in a child under 3 months old
- Sexual assault
- Suicidal thoughts
- Other life-threatening or serious illness or injury
These conditions and patients cannot be treated in Same Day Clinic:
- Infants less than 4 weeks old
- Any fever in an infant less than 3 months old (these patients should be seen in Pediatrics or the Emergency Department)
- Abdominal pain in patients age 70 and older
- Abdominal pain less than 3 hours before clinic closure
- Active nosebleed
- Catheter follow-up
- Chemical burns
- Chest pain
- Chronic medical conditions
- Confusion
- Controlled substance refills
- Fainting or blacking out
- Foreign body lodged in throat
- Foreign body removal from eye
- Depression
- Heavy bleeding
- Medication refills
- Motor vehicle accident injuries within less than 24 hours
- Neck pain
- Personal issues
- PEG tubes
- Pregnancy related issues
- Sexual assault
- Stroke
- Suicidal thoughts
- Weakness and dizziness in patients age 70 and older
- Workers' compensation follow up or return-to-work evaluations
