We offer CaringBridge, free of charge, for our patients while they are at one of our sites. A CaringBridge site offers many ways for people to stay connected with loved ones back home and elsewhere during any type of health event. It can be created wherever a patient or family member has internet access. Patients and their families can post messages, updates and pictures, and loved ones can respond with messages of support and encouragement. The service is confidential, secure and private and is accessible only to individuals selected by the patient or loved one. Users have access to multiple privacy settings and can be assured that personal data is protected and will not be sold.

Dining Facilities/Food Services
The cafeteria offers numerous options for dining and is located in the lower level of the hospital. A variety of beverages, entrees, sandwiches, salads, desserts and snacks are available. Cafeteria hours are:
Breakfast: 7-10 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (cold salads and sandwiches from 1:30-2:45 p.m.)
Dinner: 5:30-6 p.m. (cold salads and sandwiches from 6-7 p.m.)
The Gift Shop if located near the hospital's main entrance and offers a variety of gift items.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
If you are interested in an item and the Gift Shop is closed, call the Volunteer Coordinator at 952-257-8190. If there is no answer, see the front registration desk for assistance.
Lactation rooms are available at the hospital for nursing mothers to offer comfort and convenience.
Language and Interpretive ServicesWe provide interpreters at no charge to patients. Tell a member of your care team that you will need an interpreter. The interpreters will be available for your clinic or hospital appointments, but cannot assist you outside our facility.
Newspapers are available upon request. Talk to your nurse if you would like to read the newspaper.
ParkingWe offer free, convenient parking in the lot south of the New Prague hospital, right outside the main entrance.
PharmacyThe pharmacy fills prescriptions for inpatients only. It is not available for general public or outpatient prescriptions.
Private RoomsPrivate rooms are available for patient comfort and privacy.
We care about making your stay with us as comfortable as possible. We provide meals at 8 a.m., noon and 5 p.m. Menu options may be restricted depending on the diet ordered for you by your provider. If you are diabetic, make sure your blood sugar has been checked prior to eating your meal.
Social servicesSocial workers can help you in multiple ways, including acting as a referral service to community agencies and financial programs, providing you and your family with counseling and support services, and helping you make necessary arrangements for leaving the hospital.
TTY Devices/Special Needs
TTY device services are available to all patients upon request. Contact your nurse for assistance.
For your convenience, vending machines are available in the cafeteria and various locations on the first floor of the hospital.
Wireless Internet AccessFree wireless internet access is available for your convenience.
