La Crosse-Mayo Family Medicine Residency
The La Crosse-Mayo Family Medicine Residency is one of the most recognized training programs for family physicians in the Upper Midwest. The program has been the source of many family physicians who now practice in many communities in our area.
Franciscan Healthcare School of Anesthesia
The nurse anesthesia program is a partnership among the Franciscan Healthcare School of Anesthesia, University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, and Viterbo University. It is the oldest nurse anesthesia program in the state of Wisconsin, established in 1942. Students that successfully complete the 36-month program are eligible to sit for the national board certification exam to become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Pharmacy Residency
PGY1 pharmacy residency programs build on Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) education and outcomes to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists responsible for medication-related care of patients with a wide range of conditions, eligible for board certification, and eligible for postgraduate year two (PGY2) pharmacy residency training.
