    CaringBridge

    Mayo Clinic Health System offers CaringBridge, free of charge, for our patients while they are at one of our sites. A CaringBridge site offers many ways for people to stay connected with loved ones back home and elsewhere during any type of health event. It can be created wherever a patient or family member has internet access. Patients and their families can post messages, updates and pictures, and loved ones can respond with messages of support and encouragement. The service is confidential, secure and private and is accessible only to individuals selected by the patient or loved one. Users have access to multiple privacy settings and can be assured that personal data is protected and will not be sold.

    Chaplain Services

    Chaplains are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide services to our patients and visitors. Call 507-263-6000 for assistance.

    Dining Facilities
    The cafeteria offers various options for dining and is located in the hospital wing. The cafeteria is open 24 hours a day. The kitchen is staffed daily from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Vending machines are available 24 hours a day.

    Language Services

    Language services are available to all patients upon request. Call 507-263-6000 for assistance.

    Newspaper Delivery
    A daily newspaper is delivered to patient rooms as a complimentary service.

    Parking

    We offer convenient parking areas in front of the facility, in the parking lot across the street from the entrance and on city streets around the facility. Emergency room parking is located in the alley by the Ambulance bay.

    Patient Education

    When you need information on a particular health issue, such as diabetes, nutrition or heart health, our Patient Education Coordinator is a valuable resource.

    Private Rooms

    Private rooms are available for patient comfort and privacy.

    Room Service

    Room service is provided to all patient rooms. Patients receive daily menus on which to place meal orders. The kitchen is staffed daily between 6:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.

    Special Beds

    Cribs are available for visitors upon request.

    TTY Devices

    TTY device services are available to all patients upon request. Contact 507-263-6000 for assistance.

    Vending
    For your convenience, vending machines are available in the cafeteria.

    Wireless Internet

    Free wireless internet access is available as a complimentary service for your convenience.
