Our contact lens department has a wide variety of lenses available:
Gas permeable lenses for single vision, astigmatism and multi focal.
Lenses for corneal refractive therapy (CRT).
Soft lenses for single vision, astigmatism and multi focal.
Sclera lenses for single vision, astigmatism and multi focal.
Hybrid lenses for single vision, astigmatism and multi focal.
All of these lenses also have abilities to correct cornea problems due to trauma or disease.

The first contact lens, developed in 1888, was glass blown.
The first plastic single vision, bifocal and trifocal lenses were patented in 1936.
The first corneal lens was released in 1950.
In 1970, the first soft lens was developed in Czechoslovakia and marketed by Bausch and Lomb.
The first hybrid lens was released in 1976.
The first CRT lens was approved by the FDA in 2002.
