I meet individually with patients who have a primary care provider within our clinic to review their medications. Your visit will include a personalized review of all prescription, nonprescription and herbal medicines to ensure you are on the right medications. My goal is to make sure your medicines are effective, safe and as easy to take as possible. I work closely with your primary care provider and other members of your care team to help manage chronic conditions treated with medications, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, heart failure and depression.
