I provide mental health support for children, adolescents and young adults in a compassionate, collaborative and supportive environment where clients and families feel heard, understood and empowered. My approach is rooted in person-centered care and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s unique needs, strengths and goals. I strive to help clients navigate life’s challenges while building emotional awareness, resilience, confidence and practical coping skills. I value creating strong therapeutic relationships and believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, respected and supported throughout the process.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and behavioral parent training (BPT). My work often focuses on anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, behavioral concerns, self-esteem, life transitions and family relationships. I am passionate about supporting children, teens, young adults and families in developing the tools needed to foster growth, healing and long-term well-being.
