I utilize evidenced-based treatments tailored to meet the needs of people struggling with physical and mental health conditions. This includes supporting and optimizing outcomes for those undergoing procedures for chronic pain syndromes and undertaking bariatric surgery to reduce disease burden. I believe everyone has the capacity to build resilience when faced with unexpected and unwanted circumstances.

I am a relative newcomer to the Midwest, so I am trying to master gardening and paddle sports. My two dogs keep me entertained. I'm hoping to travel more within this area and internationally.
