I believe in meeting my patients where they are at and working with them to develop goals personalized to them. Whether that is getting back to running a marathon or being able to get onto and off of the ground to play with grandchildren, we will work together to reduce pain and improve function.

I enjoy being outdoors and active any time of the year, whether it's hiking, cross-country skiing, running or cycling. I'm an avid triathlete and enjoy the challenge training and racing gives me.
