Michaela Mckissack-Huynh, M.D., Ph.D.

My goal is to help others reach their medical goals. I believe that attaining those goals is strongly rooted in obtaining and having the relevant information, discussing that information, and acting on the information appropriately, so that is the journey I go on with patients.

I previously lived in Texas, living in various cities such as Houston, Austin and El Paso. After graduating from Texas A&M  and completing my combined MD-PhD program, I studied genetics and epigenetics as it relates to endometrial cancer development risk. I later moved to El Paso, Texas, to complete my residency training. While in El Paso, I had my four children. I find fulfillment in promoting the healthy, well-rounded growth of my children and in promoting the health of my patients.
