Maya Hale, APRN, C.N.P.

I believe patients deserve more than excellent medical care; they deserve to feel heard, respected and genuinely cared for during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. I strive to provide compassionate care with empathy, clear communication and attention to each patient’s unique needs.

My background in emergency medicine, trauma, critical care and neonatal intensive care has shaped a patient-centered approach grounded in compassion, teamwork, adaptability, and advocacy for patients and their families. I am committed to lifelong learning and continually advancing the care I provide to patients. I am currently continuing my advanced clinical education at Duke University, with a focus on improving care and developmental outcomes for critically ill newborns and premature infants.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy running, traveling, reading, exploring new foods and cultures, and spending time with family.
