Kim Rodgers, APRN, C.N.P.

I love working in the Emergency Department because we are the safety net. I see all comers at all times regardless of ability to pay. I am honored to be a present for some of the most difficult moments in people's lives, and I hope that my efforts will save lives where I can. I work hard to stay current with the most recent practice evidence and to keep my skills sharp.

When I am not working, I like to spend time outside as much as possible. I like to run and walk my two dogs, spend time growing food in our garden and cook plant-based meals in the evenings. I am taking the University of Minnesota extension master gardener course and helping to start a new community food forest in Rochester to address community climate resilience and food security.
