I allow patients to tell me everything that is on their list, and then we approach each problem with a shared-decision plan for each issue. I emphasize a healthy lifestyle to prevent disease, and also try to limit reliance on medications as the only solution.

I am from a very small town in southwest Minnesota, and enjoy being outdoors as much as possible. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering in my community.
