Jonah Scheffler, M.D.

I always joke, a "normal newborn" is the most common diagnosis I make. While that's often true, when a baby or child needs extra care, I take pride in helping families navigate those moments with compassion and expertise. Taking care of children is an amazing privilege. I'm thrilled to be on the Mayo Clinic Health System pediatrics team. I believe the best care comes from partnering with families, listening to their concerns and building trusting relationships. Whether I'm caring for newborns in the nursery or children in the hospital, my goal is to provide thoughtful, family-centered care that helps every child thrive.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family exploring new trails and lakes. I also enjoy baking, especially scones and cinnamon rolls. My family loves exploring new communities and discovering new restaurants.
