I work with adolescents and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and other emotional challenges that can make daily life feel overwhelming. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal‑oriented, helping clients build practical tools to manage distress while creating meaningful and lasting change. Using evidence‑based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)/exposure therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), I support clients in strengthening coping skills, increasing confidence, and reconnecting with the parts of life that matter most to them.
Together, we work toward reducing avoidance, improving emotional resilience, and fostering greater engagement in relationships, school, work, and personal goals. I believe that strong therapeutic rapport is the foundation for growth and healing. I strive to create a brave, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore challenges honestly and at their own pace. Therapy can be difficult work, but clients do not have to face it alone. My goal is to help each person feel more capable, connected, and hopeful in their everyday life.
