My goal is to provide evidence-based practice to help patients regain their previous level of function and independence, as well as provide patient and family education regarding strategies to maximize their success.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and dog. We enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking and traveling.
