I believe that each individual deserves and is capable of living up to their best and fullest potential. I utilize different research-backed therapeutic models to deliver tools to patients. The greatest amount of improvement that a patient is going to see is when they take those tools and utilize them outside of therapy, within their daily lives. I believe that through therapy and by accepting that we are all human and accepting all of our emotions as being normal and natural, we have the ability to climb hill or mountain that is placed within our paths.

Hello, my name is Faith, and I am a mother to five children, as well as three cats, two dogs, and four birds. My youngest child is 17 and will be going away to college in just over a year, so I am preparing to have an empty nest for the first time in over 30 years. I have some of the most adorable grandchildren that I love to spend time with and spoil. My go-to for everything is music, and I cannot just listen, I have to sing along as well. When I'm outside mowing or doing some other form of yard work, I will have my ear buds in and will be singing at the top of my lungs without any care who walks by or what they think of my singing (after all, they are getting a free concert). With my love for singing, I do get out to karaoke at times. Otherwise, I enjoy date nights with my husband, or when the kids are all at home and we play games together.
