Erin Kennedy, M.D.

I am an occupational medicine physician, residency-trained and board-certified since 2010. I practiced in Dubuque, Iowa, and in Cedar Falls, Iowa, before arriving to Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire in August 2026. I have provided care for individuals working in a variety of occupational settings including healthcare, silica mine, manufacturing, foundry work, farming and others.

It is my privilege to serve the working person. My patients and their employers can expect a thorough and detail-oriented approach to the concern that brings them to the clinic, compassion for the emotional toll placed on the patient and the disruption placed on an employer’s business operations. I adhere closely to best practices to help the patient achieve efficient healing and restoration of their usual activities, including work.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my husband and Boxer, or visiting with my two grown daughters. I can also be found working on creative projects, exercising (kickboxing, barre, running, yoga), bible study, or talking to my cat.
