I address mental health needs of adults, ages 18 and older, with trauma-informed care. Blending eastern philosophies with western psychology practices, I utilize an eclectic approach by employing eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) strategies with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to assist people in achieving their therapeutic goals — finding resolution to perplexing issues.

Approaching 30 years of practice, I am an Adlerian counselor at my core. I briefly trained in the practice of Soto Zen and this has had huge influence in all areas of my life, allowing me to grow in compassion and understanding of our common 'humaness'.
