My practice philosophy is to empower my patients in their health and wellness journey through listening and collaboration. I strive to be an advocate for my patients, offering empathic, holistic and best-practice care.

In our free time, my family and I love getting outdoors. Whether kayaking, hiking, boating or biking, we love it all. I enjoy traveling, especially out west. I enjoy family time, cooking, baking, do-it-yourself projects and gardening.
