Crina Manole-Weddle, M.D.

I like to see my patients as individuals, as part of a family and as part of a community. I like to get to know more than medical facts about my patients because that could be of great help when discussing options for disease prevention and best approaches for healing different ailments. The care I provide to my patients is the same care I would like one of my family members to receive.

I enjoy taking care of patients of all ages, as well as caring for multiple members of the same family. One piece of advice I would like to share with my patients is from St. Augustine, who said, "Take care of your body as if you were going to live forever and take care of your soul as if you were going to die tomorrow." The way to better health requires a team effort, and I am here to help in any way I can.

Born and raised in Romania, I was serving in the Romanian Army as a military doctor when I met my husband who, at that time, was active-duty United States Air Force and stationed in Germany. We moved to the United States in 2013 and lived in Lincoln, Nebraska, before joining Austin community. We have two boys. I love spending time outdoors, swimming, playing board games, going to baseball games, traveling internationally, and exploring other cultures and learning about their history.
