I was born and raised in Medford, Wisconsin, and moved to Eau Claire in 2017 to attend college where I was a member of the Blugold football team. After earning my bachelor's degree, I relocated to Dubuque, Iowa, in 2022 to achieve my doctorate degree. With my background in athletic training and physical therapy, I developed a passion for health and wellness, focusing on optimizing people's lives through exercise and movement.
