Psychiatry & Psychology
2403 Stout Road, Menomonie, WI 54751Provider's Bio
I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, especially within the underprivileged and marginalized communities. It is important to not only have empathy but to listen and understand everyone as individuals. I work from an eclectic approach which includes person-centered, humanistic, solution-focused, motivational and cognitive behavioral techniques. My objective is to empower individuals to develop their own goals, increase their confidence and self-esteem, and support them throughout this journey.
During my free time, I like to spend time with family, especially with my nieces and nephews for 30-second dance parties. I enjoy traveling for food and culture. I am always looking for opportunities to learn and grow from my experiences through my travels and meeting new people.
