I am a clinical social worker/therapist with integrated behavioral health (IBH) in the residency program in the Family Health Clinic. As part of an integrated primary care team, I work closely with your medical providers to address the connection between physical health, emotional well-being and health-related behaviors. This collaborative approach allows patients to access timely, focused behavioral health support as part of their overall care. I am committed to providing evidence-based care that promotes meaningful and measurable outcomes. I emphasize a collaborative, patient-centered approach that fosters trust, respect and active participation in the treatment process. Together, we develop individualized goals and monitor progress throughout treatment to support lasting change.
My clinical interests and training include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), habit reversal training (HRT), image rehearsal therapy (IRT), motivational interviewing (MI), psychoeducation and group-based interventions.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on my children in their many sports and activities, exploring the outdoors with our dog, and expressing my creativity through crafting and photography.
