My approach as an Integrated Behavioral Health Provider combines evidence-based practices with a relationship-centered philosophy. Drawing on cognitive behavioral techniques, parent training, and trauma-informed approaches, I work collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and the Pediatric team to support meaningful growth while respecting each family’s strengths, culture, and aspirations.

My husband and I have three children, all now young adults, and the journey of raising them has been my most rewarding source of growth and learning! Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, knitting, creating art, and spending time with my cats.
