I believe movement and mobility is foundational to our health and quality of life. Therefore, my favorite part of practicing physical therapy is assisting patients in maximizing their function, reducing their pain and returning back to the activities that they value.
I am passionate about relationship building with patients and providing both patient-centered and evidence-based care. I utilize treatments such as education, exercise-based interventions and manual therapy to help patients achieve goals that are meaningful to them.
In my free time, I love hiking, running, lifting weights, spending time with my family and friends, and enjoying all the outdoor fun the Eau Claire area has to offer.
