I believe my role as a primary care provider is to help you be your healthiest and best self in whatever way works for you. Health is a very individualized, personal topic, and every person's experience of it is unique. I look forward to partnering with my patients to find what best works for them.
I am originally from southeast Iowa and attended the University of Iowa (Go Hawks!). I worked as a nurse for 9 years in Iowa, Maine, Texas, Florida and Minnesota before becoming a nurse practitioner.
I now live locally with my husband, our daughter and 2 very rambunctious dogs. We enjoy spending time outside, especially swimming at Rush River County Park and going for hikes at Seven Mile Creek and Ney Nature Center.
