      Conditions and consultations

      Your provider will develop a personalized infusion therapy plan and communicate that plan to the infusion team. We work closely with your care team before, during and after treatment to ensure you receive coordinated care.

      How do I prepare for my first infusion therapy visit?

      It is normal to feel uneasy about starting infusion therapy. Our nurses and staff understand and are here to help.

      For your first visit, bring your insurance information and a list of your medications. We also encourage you to bring a friend or family member. Our infusion areas have space for someone to sit with you during your treatment.

      The types of infusion therapy treatments vary widely. Your infusion team will let you know what to expect. Be sure to let them know if you have any questions or concerns.

      How long does infusion therapy take?

      The duration depends on the type of infusion therapy. In general, most sessions last between 30 minutes and several hours.

      What if I am afraid of needles?

      Many people have a fear of needles. Our nurses work quickly to make needle placement as painless as possible. They also have tools and strategies to help lessen pain and calm your fears.

      What are my payment options, and do you offer financial assistance?

      Our Patient Account Services team is available to answer any questions you have about billing and insurance. We also offer financial assistance for patients who are experiencing difficult financial circumstances and have an established need for medical care.
