This medical clinic on wheels is designed to serve you and your family’s needs in a comfortable setting. It features two exam rooms and an on-site laboratory. We also have telehealth equipment to connect you to Mayo Clinic providers, including thousands of the world’s leading medical experts.

Services
Our mobile clinic offers in-person services for adults and children, including:
- Chronic disease checks
- Immunizations
- INR checks for people taking blood thinners, such as warfarin
- Preventive health screenings
- Sick visits for common illness symptoms, such as earache, cough, sinus pain and sore throat
- Sprain and fracture evaluations
- Wellness visits
We also coordinate virtual visits with:
- Cardiology providers to check pacemakers
- Pediatric providers
- Specialists for consultations
If our mobile clinic cannot provide everything you need, we will help you arrange care at a Mayo Clinic Health System facility.

Our mobile health specialists work closely with your Mayo Clinic Health System care team. They use the same electronic health record to access your information, ensuring a seamless experience. Regardless of where you visit our mobile health clinic, you can expect the same high-quality, coordinated care for which we are known.

Referrals
A referral is required for a virtual specialist consultation on the mobile clinic. Talk to your primary care provider to arrange a referral. Other services do not require a referral. Call the number of your preferred location to schedule an appointment.

Will the mobile clinic team give me my lab results right away?
Labs with immediate results are not available from the mobile clinic. You can see your results on the patient portal or contact the healthcare provider who ordered the test.
What are my payment options, and do you offer financial assistance?
Our Patient Account Services representatives can assist you with any issues related to billing and insurance. We also offer financial assistance if you are unable to pay for care due to financial hardship.
