Mayo Clinic Health System in Faribault was established in 1995. We provide primary care and specialty health care services to patients in Faribault and the surrounding area.
Providers and allied health staff moved into a new clinic building on the District One Hospital campus in early 1997. In 2004, a second clinic facility at 924 First Street NE was added. In 2016, staff from the First Street location moved to a larger, renovated clinic space on the District One Hospital campus.
The clinic's staff includes providers specializing in family medicine, audiology, ear, nose and throat (ENT), pediatrics, internal medicine, general surgery, cardiology, orthopedics, neurology, ophthalmology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, geriatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, sleep medicine, occupational medicine, wound care and urology.
