    Video Visits

An Express Care video visit is like a face-to-face visit at an Express Care clinic, but instead of going to the clinic, you video chat with a Mayo Express Care provider on your phone or computer from home.

Who can use Express Care Video Visits?

At this time, Express Care video visits are available to Mayo Clinic Health System patients in Southeast Minnesota. Check with your insurance provider to determine your coverage of the $69 cost.

How do I schedule an Express Care Video Visit?

You can self-schedule an Express Care video visit on Patient Online Services or the Mayo Clinic app. For help with scheduling a video visit, call 507-433-8758.
