COVID-19 testing
If you have COVID-19 symptoms and need to be tested:
- Mayo Clinic Health System patients who have an assigned primary care provider can screen and schedule a COVID-19 test via the Mayo Clinic app or their Patient Online Services account.
- All others should contact their local primary care provider or clinic.
If you are asymptomatic but need to be tested, refer to the Health and Human Services Community-Based Testing Sites for COVID-19 webpage, which offers assistance finding a COVID-19 testing location.
