My focus has always been to put the patients' goals and needs first. I strive to involve my patients and their loved ones in personal medical decision making and provide knowledge and education to help them make the best decisions for themselves. Though I only see patients in the hospital, I do my best to prepare patients for the transition beyond the hospital and set them up for success once they leave.
Though originally from Texas, I have spent time previously living in Minnesota and then Nashville for training and my early career as a Hospitalist. My wife and I chose to return to Minnesota to be closer to family as we raise our son. I am an avid hockey fan and love to golf in my spare time.
