As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe every person has the capacity for growth, healing and meaningful change, regardless of the challenges they face. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect and the belief that each individual is the expert on their own life. I strive to provide a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I help clients develop effective coping strategies and build resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
