My goal is to be open and honest in my care. We will have open communication so that together we can develop a plan to help you achieve personal health goals. I believe in treating my patients with the level of care and respect I would for those closest to me.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and daughter. I love anything outdoors, especially on the water. During the winter, I am consumed with everything hockey. Exercise is also important to me, and I enjoy daily group cycling and resistance training.
