I strive to provide treatments specific to you and your limitations in order to return you to your desired activities as soon as possible. These treatments typically include an exercise program, education and some hands-on therapy, if needed, to help you better understand and eventually self-manage your condition.

I am from a small town in Southeastern Minnesota where I grew up on a small farm. I started working at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse in July of 2021.

I enjoy spending time with my family and playing recreational volleyball, when time allows. I also enjoy spending time with extended family and doing just about anything that allows me to get outside and enjoy the outdoors.
